Aerial Straps workshop
2 days, 2 (two)hours each, of hard work to develop static and swing skills on the straps.*
1th day:
-Body education
-Flexibility and strength understanding
-Fundamental exercises
2nd day:
-Types of swings
-Tricks and repertory
*Intermediate and advanced students.
Aerial Rope workshop
3 days of intense work exploring dinamics, drops, climbs and poses; 2 (two) hours per day doing several exercises to understand the technical fundamentals and be able to develop your skills by yourself.*
-30 minutes of war up an educative exercises
-75 minutes exercises on the rope
-15 minutes final stretches and relaxing
*All acrobatic skills require a lot of training, patience, effort and time. The first step is to understand the best way to achieve your goals.
